Annual house prices continue to slow and the +0.3% 3m/y reading is the slowest growth reading since December 2012. The average house price seen in November was £224,578. Prices on dwellings have been dropping rather heavily in the UK – led by London – and the trend doesn’t look like it will change any time soon as market demand continues to be tempered with by the likes of Brexit and a squeeze in household consumption seen since the start of the year.
